This blog is to journal my fright and flight with breast cancer. To keep friends and family informed, and support other women with breast cancer. However, I will not take the time to fret and make this a grammatically correct piece of written art with no dangling participles, etc. If I do that, I will never get around to publishing this blog. Instead, I will just sit at my computer, type from heart, and throw it out there into cyperspace ~ the good, bad, and the ugly.

About Me

Sharon Fowler Ellis: I am a blessed mother of 3 daughters and grandmother to 7 grandchildren. this blog is to document my journey with the diagnosis of Invasive Lobular Carcinoma in my left breast during the summer of 2011. I retired as a public school Speech-Language Pathologist in June of 2010. I love to garden, read, decorate my townhome, facebook, blog, email, shop and go to lunch or dinner with my fun friends, go to the beach, and most of all, enjoy time with my wonderful grandchildren. I am fortunate to have great friends and my 3 daughters to support me in this breast cancer journey. It takes a village to fight this battle - and I have a village of supporters and prayer warriors. I also know I have God with me all the way!
